1. How do I join the Branch?

Email manutdherts@aol.com or call 07787 491808. Calls between 6pm and 9pm please; leave a message at other times.

2. How much does it cost to join?

£30 for Lifetime Membership or £12 p.a. for the first year and £8 p.a. subsequently. Under 16 years of age are half price.

3. How do I renew my Membership?

The easiest way is on the coach.

4. How much does it cost to travel to a game?

Our aim is to keep travel costs at affordable levels. The current fares can be obtained by emailing or calling the branch.

5. Is there are a coach for all home games?

Transport is available for all home Premier League games. We also run a coach for all other first team games when there is sufficient demand. When demand falls short of being economical we combine with the London Branch with a pick up in Luton. Typically this arrangement applies for low level mid-week evening games.

6. What facilities are on the coach?

The coach has a toilet, a microwave and a coffee maker and there is also WIFI connection. Smoking and alcohol are forbidden.

7. Does the coach stop on the journey?

No. The coach goes to and from Old Trafford without stopping.

8. How long is the journey?

A minimum of 4 hours from Hertford depending on traffic and roadworks.

9. What are the coach pick up points?

The coach commences at Hertford North then picks up at Stevenage Old Town, Hitchin, Luton North and Newport Pagnell Services.

10. Where does the coach stop at Old Trafford?

The coach stops 3 times near the ground. Firstly at The Gorse pub on Chester Road then outside The Bishops Blaze by the Stadium and finally near to The Lowry Centre. The coach then parks up about 1 mile from The Stadium giving easy motorway access after the game. Arrangements are made for newcomers to be met after the game and taken back to the coach. The coach then leaves for home 30 minutes after the final whistle.

11. Does the Branch supply tickets for home matches?

Sometimes. If a Season Ticket holder branch member is unable to go to a particular game we may be asked to sell the ticket for them to another member or a guest. However we encourage all members to join MUFC, give us the Membership Number and then we will apply for their ticket as the Branch has a better chance of a successful application than any individual.

12. Can the Branch obtain tickets for away games?

No.
